Always wanted to stay here. It exceeded expectations. Had to wait for room but that’s because we had a corner room with 5 windows! Staff was amazing, location was perfect, room was breathtaking.
We had the High Tea only. It was magnificent.
This is a really nice and elligant hotel!
Best High Tea!!! Delicious food, lovely atmosphere, talented pianist, kind valets.
Excellent all around, as usual. However, The coffee in Ellyngton's. was horrific! Considering Colorado has numerous fine coffee roasters and the hotel supposedly has an artesian well, the coffee should be exceptional. And I recall that it was at one time. I hope your food service manager will look into this.

2nd time staying here. We absolutely loved our stay. Interesting history of The Brown family along with the architectural similarities of the Titanic, beautiful flower arrangements and music and walking distance to many attractions
It has a very nice afternoon - decided to have tea and spa. The ambiance and staff were very exceptional. I really enjoyed the pianist also. Food was fresh and tasty. For the spa, got a massage, it was ok. Maybe because it was the end of the day but still. will go back for tea not for the massage.
