Food ordered was wrong. Some stuff was missing. They had to make two trips to get it right. Room the size of a postage stamp. All show and no go.
Beautiful place! They have amazing customer service.
Rob, Zach, and Sharon truly make all other concierges look like amateurs. Their attention to detail and attention during my anniversary celebration were second to none. Will definitely come back to this romantic hotel in a perfect area of downtown Denver.

This is a beautiful hotel that has so much history. I had the privilege of staying with my Grandson, Nicholas Mohs. He “owned” that hotel! We traveled the halls and elevators while his parents attended a special function. It is located in downtown Denver so that you can explore other places in the city. It has provided a romantic evening for other members of my family. There are endless adventures to enjoy within this grand place, brunches and teas to name a few.
This is our second time we have been in this hotel. Our first time here was in 2009 and had a Christmas party here.
