RecommendedWe gathered here for a post Christmas office gathering and had a wonderful time! We stayed at a prominent hotel in Estes Park three years ago, and that paled in comparison to the Brown Palace. At the BP, renovations have been done to the guest rooms, and not just the lobby and public areas. Beds are comfortable, towels are fluffy, and we didn’t hear any noise from our neighbors or the hallway. This is a grand old hotel, and we got to see her dressed up for the holidays. Lovely! Always impeccable service, from the valets to the house keepers , waitstaff to desk, The Brown never ceases to impress me.
We loved every part of our stay at the Brown palace and the Sunday brunch was phenomenal

Wonderful , this was the best brunch we ever had. Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable about the history of this building. Garth was are waiter and Erin was the desert king, both men made are brunch a great experience...
Hectic check in experience & no help with our luggage was offered. Told king beds weren't available although that's what we reserved. Food at the Ship's Tavern was terrible. Ordered a med-well burger & friend ordered well-done but both were med-rare. Took 35 min to get new burgers & they came out 1/2 the size looking like hockey pucks. Basically inedible. They were comped but we had wasted a lot of time & left hungry. It's beautifully decorated & has historical charm but its just not as special as I expected.
