Been here since 2008 and gone through the many ownership/management changes. There were a few years off and on that management and maintenance were horrible. Since the current ownership and management (Bristol) there has been a significant improvement. However find it untenable that we now have to even pay for the water in the common areas as well as the gas - not sure where there is even any gas. I will probably have to move at the end of my lease because being on a fixed income, I will not be able to pay the increased rent... read more
Pool Party!!!! Great and cozy place to live and enjoy life with friends and family.
I recently moved here and my bank decided to be absolutely horrible. The people have been incredibly nice and so understanding despite my numerous call and panicky voice. They've helped me a lot aND have made me feel very comfortable and incredibly great abput moving here.
