I think and know this place sucks. Over $1000 per month plus other fees plus water, sewer an trash. Then you have no sign is security patrol. Dumpster divers and no one cares. Called security company and no one ever shows up. Property Manager says he can prove there is security but I have been here for a year and never seen anyone. If you rent here you are a bigger fool than I am.

Before you move in go look at the real apartments not the model. The old falling apart broken down shit holes. Just cross your fingers nothing breaks down, but several things will, because they take forever to fix anything. That's if they even fix it. Took A YEAR to get someone to look at the broken dishwasher. Currently having plumbing issues and they are "waiting on a part" well its been a month of us having to flood our patio so we can use the water, and I have 0 doubt that we will be paying for any water damage. Lived here from June 2016-June 2017 in an upgraded 2 bedroom. Many things were broken when I moved in, including the garbage disposal and my bathtub faucet was leaking. It took 10 days for someone to come fix the issues. I called the office everyday as did my roommate. A few months later, my bathroom towel rack fell out of the wall, and the laundry closet door fell out of the track. Again it was 10 days before someone came to fix it. We are in a renovated 2 bed 2 bath apartment, all appliances and flooring were brand new when moved in so that was nice. We'll be renewing our lease because we love the location and we haven't had any issues that weren't addressed in a timely manner. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance team is great. The resident portal app makes maintenance requests, paying rent and other communications with management a cinch.
