We have been here since February and when we moved in they accepted money orders, checks, and cashier checks. but now they are telling the residents here that they will no longer accept those forms of payments and forcing you to divulge your personal banking information online e to pay your rent. I was overwhelmed with finding a new place to live, but Kaylee in the front office has made this process such a breeze. I am so appreciative of her going above and beyond to get me into a new home. I definitely recommend the Bristol at Sunset.
If you like being lied to, having no pool/grill area as advertised, having your water shut off with no warning every week and getting crap blown on your car every morning by the landscapers then this is definitely the place for you...oh and dont bother complaining to the office or the corporate office about your issues nothing will be done.
