A perfect place to live, peaceful and quiet. I’m so happy living here, don’t have any complain. If something doesn’t work well in your apartment, the maintenance guys go fast to fix it, specially Juan he replaced my AC last week and I haven’t had any problem any more.
Are you a resident who has issues with parking near your building? I'm planning on confronting management (MG Properties) about the parking space issues that have cropped up recently. There's no assigned parking but there should be some sort of limit on how many vehicles each unit can have. 4 cars? 5 cars? You're welcome here! Family visiting? Screw your neighbors! This is by far one of the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived in. The pool has been down since Decmeber. The office tells me a month or two ago they are waiting for permits. Meanwhile the pool is already completely demolished. Corporate tells me it will be back up and running soon but no progression has been made in weeks. They care more about doing facelifts to the exterior of the buildings than satisfying their residents who pay way too much money to live here. This place I would never recommend!
