There isn't much good to recommend!!! Parking rules change constantly and now tenants are going to be forced to park on the street where there isn't enough parking. Management's response, well if you have to park by the business complex and walk that is what you have to do! Why live in a gated community if you have to park outside the gates. Disgusting place to live!!! Do not move here! One month after living here my car was broken into. I moved into a studio and was told the smell coming from the restroom was chemicals from cleaning come to find out the pipes are so old the sewage seeps back into the toilet causing your apartment to smell like sh*t. The area is overrun by the homeless and they are allowed to sleep in the gym and take baths in the jacuzzi. The apartments are full of roaches and this place is run by slum lords. Placed a holding deposit on an apartment they manage in Escondido. Still haven't received my deposit refund from their San Diego offices. Does the slow pace at which they return my money constitue fraud? Seems they like making money on other people's hard earned cash, rather than letting them earn interest. Guess I'm gonna have to take them to small claims court
RecommendedLove where I live ! Ive lived here for almost two years and let me tell you. Front office is amazing and so accommodating, Maintenence comes super quick if there’s ever any issues, neighbors are great. Quiet complex, no issues at all. They are so amazing to their renters as well. They do fun things like summer bbq and holiday decoration competitions, feels like a big family. Would definitely refer this complex To all my friends and family.

I feel bad for not recommending because the apartments are beautiful and peaceful to live in. But the front office employees are TERRIBLE! I hate having to ever deal with them! They’re so unprofessional and don’t know how to do their job! And I know I’m not the only one who feels this way because I have read other reviews and it’s the same complaint ! I never like to post negative reviews but I seriously think something needs to be done! I’m tired of this headache anytime I have to speak with them! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!
RecommendedI cannot say enough about Atwood Apartments. We love living here. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. Our apartment is defintiely a home for us to enjoy. <3 Danielle in the leasing office is the best!

RecommendedSomerfield at Lakeside was an amazing place to live. The complex was always really clean and quiet. Anytime there was a problem or something broken, maintenance was quick to fix it. The people who work in the front office were always very friendly and responsive over email.
RecommendedWe had a wonderful experience when signing up our lease. Maurice Wilson was very helpful and professional. I will highly recommend going to him when you go there! looking forward to our stay there!
