Mega oud hotel, ziet er ook totaal anders uit in het echt dan op de foto’s. Helemaal niet modern voor london standaarden. Ze mogen echt wel gaan verbouwen, lijkt wel een motel uit jaren 80… toilet bril scheef, oud hout, scheve betonnen grond, geen foto’s op het muur zoals op de voorbeeld foto’s. Ontbijt service had geen eens kaas en salami, was vrij weinig opties. Service en personeel waren wel vriendelijk. Maar zonde, neem voor zelfde prijs een hotel midden jn het centrum, waar voor je geld👍

Stayed for one night. Starting with a huge positive is the staff...everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, which is such an important factor when it comes to customer satisfaction, so I'd like to congratulate the team on their fantastic customer service. On a more negative note, the hotel appears very run-down and neglected. Nothing major, just a lot of little things.
