I rang up to ask when they would be open, they told me a date. I came to the shop on said date only for them to be closed. Frustrating especially when a specifically rang up to make sure they were open. 😕

I don’t write reviews but felt I needed to about The Bride Room. An absolutely fantastic experience, Dave’s knowledge and understanding is second to none whilst making you feel at ease and special is an art form and one you don’t come across now a days. The selection of dresses he has is amazing and nothing is too much trouble for him and his team!! This is the only wedding shop you need, I can’t thank Dave enough for what he has done, an absolute life saver xx

Fantastic experience. Went to 6 wedding dress shops and this was by far the best! Dave was brilliant and extremely professional. Really knew his stuff. Beautiful selection, all top quality designer dresses and extremely good prices. Everyone looking for a wedding dress should add this to their list.
