Absolutely horrible customer service I have never been treated so rudely be someone in a customer service field ever. I ordered my tiara from there approx 3 months before my wedding. It came in early and my mother picked it up for me (which was my mistake). When she brought it over, it was pearl and rhinestone-I wanted only rhinestone to match my dress.
