Wonderful experience!!!!!! I have been to so many bridal stores in the MD/DC area but nothing tops the Bridal Closet. This past Saturday I went to a shop in Rockville, MD because they had Allure dresses. I had seen an Allure dress in a magazine that I immediately fell in love with so I went thinking that they might have it. Worth the Visit I would like to add another recent review as others are dated 2010 and earlier. The owner has a wonderful woman working there named Beverly. She was easy to work with, no pressure, and she had wonderful suggestions. Taking a day off of work during the week will make any bridal shopping experience better. Go there! The Bridal Closet is incredible. Calling all brides - go there!! I went to at least 4 shops/boutiques before coming here. As soon as I stepped through the door, Heather (who is a sweetheart and so is everyone else!!), asked me what do you want/what do you not like... when I told her my thoughts, she pulled not 1, but 4 DRESSES down that were absolutely stunning and perfect - matched what I wanted to a T.
Zombies work there I don't think anyone in that place has a pulse and am actually kind of happy to see that others ave had the same experience and it's not just me. I've been there on several occasions and can honestly say that the customer service is consistently awful. The minute you walk in, you want to walk back out. There is never any greeting-no matter how slow they are, nobody asks if they can help you, and even when you ask them a question, you are barely acknowledged. Great Experience Going to the Bridal Closet was a fantastic experience! There was great customer service. The consultant was friendly and helpful - pulling dresses that were really flattering. Plus she didn't pressure us to buy. It's definitely worth a trip!
Not impressed I've been to this place several days ago. The experience I received was not good at all. The customer service was rather unfriendly. I think that this place needs more staffing, which would alleviate some of the issues. Also, the dresses were hard to find, the selection was not the greatest either. Overall, I was unimpressed.
An Absolutely Rivoting Experience! I live in Baltimore and heard from a friend about this small yet very personable and efficient bridal shop in Vienna. As it happens to be, a beat friend of mine is getting married and needed dresses. Amazing Experience! My parents live in the Vienna area and I live in NYC therefore, after I got engaged my mother suggested I come down to visit so we could search for gowns together. Our first stop was the Bridal Closet - it ended up being our last too. I fell in love the the third dress I tried on and I could not believe how helpful and professional the staff was throughout the entire process.
