Had a really kind, nice wax lady that was very accomodating for my first wax :) Plus really nice environment, and the wax job was smoother than a pebble The whole time was absolutely perfect. I would recommend this place to everyone and their mums
The place is quite and clean. Catalina did an amazing job, she is a very good prefessional. It was quick and gentle. I will repeat for sure.
Turned up for a wax and the place was not clean. Dirty stained carpet tiles, visible dust on many surfaces, stains and dried wax on the towel and even a few hairs. Not at all acceptable level of cleanliness. It made me uncomfortable enough to request cancelling my appointment. The manager who was not even present at the location refused to believe that it wasn't clean enough (they weren't even physically there!) And refused point blank to refund the £50 I had paid for my appointment. They kept telling me their cancellation p... read more
