We have had a lot of issues with our apartment, it has cost money and vacation days from work. We had our balcony leak, two over two months to solve the issue. We had a leak in the bathtub above us, which caused them to have to replace drywall. Leaking pipe near our washer. Sewer smell coming from the sink. Now I woke up this morning to standwater again! After a recent visit to this property to get an apartment, I was more than disgusted at the discriminatory practices and unorganized process they have in determining their future residents. Despite the company Core Logic ( which in and of itself has a D- from the BBB and faces pending litigation) They continue to use an improper method that discriminates against quality candidates. DO NOT expect ANY HEP ANY HELP AT ALL from this management group when ANYTHING at all goes wrong. They are EXTREMELY unhelpful. What is the point of paying for safety and security when that doesn't exist, especially at Flats 130 in NoMa, in DC? This may be a good company to work for, but they are a TERRIBLE company to rent from.
Pinnacle at town center needs help The paper thin ceiling and louder than usual neighbors which they don't tell you about b4 signing the lease. After complaining about the noise which goes on untill 11pm every night they told us to move or relocate but will not go any further in assisting us and now the regional manager is not available.
