Can't understand why I've been trying to get a call back from Halstead Square for four days with no response. What gives?? There were countless issues while we lived there, and now that we've moved out all we get are threats of collections for damage that we don't owe. Can't believe how unhelpful the property management is.
Five Stars for Silverwood Farm. I love it here. This apartment community is extra nice and so is the wonderful staff - Jessica, Karen, Latoya and the maintenance people for making this a great place to live. The grounds are well kept, the apartments are nice and the maintenance people are responsive. I also appreciate the special activities they have.
Terrible!!! Halstead Tewksbury is literally covered in dog feces!!! I have a serious asthmatic child who can no longer handle the constant chemicals being used to clean my carpets!!! I've replaced 3 pair of tennis shoes due to staining even when washed because of the dog crap!! This is NOT just in grassy areas, they crap on sidewalks and the parking lot!!! Lakeside apartments in Centreville have great maintenance crew, they are very friendly .
HORRIBLE!!! MANY MGL 93a violations. Management is NEVER available. They dodge you when you are trying to resolve issues. After living at my apt. for over 9 years, I left after they took over the property. They market these properties as "Luxury Living" but management acts like SLUM LORDS. To exemplify these remarks: Prior to my lease ended, the maintenance staff entered my apartment and smashed my furnishings that I saved to donate. I am NOT in arrears of my rent (never had been).
