I’m VERY disappointed in my recent home purchase from Bozzuto. The quality in my home isn’t what I feel I paid for and the promises the company made were not fulfilled. I was told the walls were sound proof (they are NOT) and we were promised a community center and a pool when we placed our deposit down for our land. Which we do NOT have nor does it look like it’s even it the works. There’s not one complaint I could provide about Bozzuto! I loved working for the company before moving to an area where there was not an option to transfer. Bozzuto truly cares about all employees and residents! 💓
Shady employees at The Grays
Very poorly managed company. The staff provide nothing but robotic responses to residents concerns and their units are rather overpriced for the product they provide. I highly suggest looking elsewhere before renting here.
The Bozzuto Group have some great property locations that are located in the heart of downtown Baltimore near the Inner Harbor & The Charm'tastic Mile. The staff is always friendly and professional. I highly recommend their apartment home buildings.
The dumbest management personnel in the world. Have been dealing with them for 3 years already and every year they hit a new low. Stay away if you can.
