I live in Senate Square in DC and pay over $3000 a month and we constantly have issues in the building. For example we’ve only had one working elevator for the last 6 months in a building with elderly and young children. We’ve had many leaks in our apartment. It’s not worth what we pay.
It is a very nice building, and it has a lot of amenities and most of them I can really use. The business center, the conference room, free beverages at the coffee station every day 24 hours a day. I also like the club room, that has pool, fuse ball, shuffle board, televisions and a bar and plenty of seating. All of this can be used by residents and their guest! One day soon I might even make good use of the fitness center, that has all of the state of the art fitness equipment that you might want. Yep, it's okay.

TERRIBLE! Paragon in Chicago, IL refuses to refund our $500 deposit as well as $100 application fee. We have emails stating they changed our application from a 12-month lease, to 13-months ( WITHOUT our consent ) in order to receive a free months rent. We will be moving after 10 months for work, so 13 months was never an option. I have spoken to the manager, as well as several other employees at that building who feel there is no reason to refund even partial payment. I’m VERY disappointed in my recent home purchase from Bozzuto. The quality in my home isn’t what I feel I paid for and the promises the company made were not fulfilled. I was told the walls were sound proof (they are NOT) and we were promised a community center and a pool when we placed our deposit down for our land. Which we do NOT have nor does it look like it’s even it the works. RecommendedThere’s not one complaint I could provide about Bozzuto! I loved working for the company before moving to an area where there was not an option to transfer. Bozzuto truly cares about all employees and residents! 💓
