Red Run in Owings Mills, Md needs help. I can't wait to move out and want to vacate early. I am so displeased with the way they treat their tenants, I wouldn't recommend this property ever. I've complained to the office at least four times this winter because they don't salt well and the plowers cover the fire hydrant every time they plow. I've slipped twice this winter and once last winter while pregnant. Maintenance still hasn't come and fixed the situation.
