Beautiful apartments and the sense of community was refreshing, but, extremely expensive. Upon moving out we had stains on the rug in front of the kitchen. They would not replace just that one small spot. Instead we now have to pay to replace every rug in that huge apartment for $2400. This made the apartment not worth it. They will nickel and dime you for everything.
Great apartment and community if your lifestyle doesn't rely on any caregivers. Ownership company is very corporate and won't allow any outside vendors to have keys to access the buildings (just the apartment units) so if you need care when management office is closed you're out of luck.
Jerome Porter keeps the property looking FABULOUS! He DEFINITELY put in some work since the snow started on Wednesday..... 5 STARS FOR JEROME.....

The office LIES, I pay you all $1500 in rent every month and you can't get shit done......WHY!!
