Great Gym run by a great guy - cannot recommend enough. Tom also gives his time free of charge once a month and organises walks for anyone who wants to come along and enjoy the fresh air and exercise outdoors - well done Tom, hard work pays off

Lovely private gym. Very well equipped and immaculately clean. Instructors are lovely, very educated and supportive. Wouldn't train anywhere else.
I have been going to the box for 6 years. Tom and Aaron are extremely welcoming and the classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. The music is a really “hit” with a wide range to suit any music connoisseur!
My experience with The Box has been nothing but positive! My PT, Tom , is extremely engaging and motivating. He will give catered support depending on your preferences and is very easy to get on with. The gym equipment is also very modern and it's a great environment to exercise in. Overall I highly recommend The Box to anyone and everyone!
