At £600 / night I can only use the hotel WiFi If I agree to receive marketing emails? Really??
Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is clean, service is great, the beds were comfortable and love the high tech. The breakfast was def not worth $28, even if you use Amex plat hotel collection, but the brunch was really good. They provided a uk plug which was a nice touch. Central location to all the shopping and next to bond street tube.
Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu und der Standort ist top. Deluxe Zimmer sind sehr schön, Personal war freundlich, Check-in über Tablet statt Computer dauert aber lange und ist doch eher mühsam und dauert.... Am Abend, als ich etwa um 21.30 Uhr ins Zimmer wollte, war der Room Service da, das fand ich doch speziell um diese Uhrzeit und für mich unnötig am Tag des Eincheckens. Lichtschalter muss man mehrmals antippen bis es dunkel wird.
I stayed at this hotel in the summer of 2024, and the experience was very disappointing. I’m uncertain if I would choose to stay here again. There were three major issues: The sheets smelled strongly of blue cheese, which was unbearable. I called room service at 10 pm to request fresh sheets. It took them a while to arrive, and unfortunately, the new bedding had the same unpleasant odor. When I ordered room service, they forgot to bring ketchup.
