0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2 Star : Repair Quality Was told for two days that my car was in cleanup and would be ready that day. The third morning I called to check on it and they said that it would be ready in an hour, just needed to be washed. Got a call 2 hrs later say that there was a problem with the paint work and were going to need it for a few more days. Not sure they are telling me the truth 1 Star : Customer Service Not sure yet. Not sure who is not being straight with me

3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality repairs took about 30 days or more. staff was courteous when reached however many times it took several minutes to reach the main receptionist and most times took several minutes to reach the body shop, and sometimes just had to hang up and not get anyone on the phone. I do believe that main reason for the delay in my rep[airs was due to slow reactions in recieving parts from BMW. 3.5 Star : Customer Service
