Such ashame the lichfield body shop is closing down. Spoke to the manager today who was so pleasant & composed considering she will be losing her job. Very sad. I wish her & the other employees the best of luck in the future. Anita Roddick would be turning in her grave. All her work & effort by everyone who believed in change for the environment.

I nipped in today because I needed some advice on which products to buy. The young girl was so very friendly and helpful. She listened to my requirements and suggested suitable products. Thank you 😊
