Bit disappointing that you cannot use your loyalty card anymore in store. They have also done away with blue light card discount. Nice products, but this does let them down.
Bodyshop products are the only products I've found that don't cause me a flare up. I've been using them a couple of years with no problems until now. This shop will no longer accept the bodyshop loyalty card, saying you can either go to Bury St Edmonds shop or buy online. You can't sample products online or pay with cash. I can't travel that far just to buy something I used to be able to get locally. Really disappointed in this move in business.
