I visited The Body Box’s new space today and tried the Build class with Amy, one of the PTs. The class was really well structured and thoughtfully led. I was a little nervous about joining a group session, but Amy instantly made me feel at ease. Highly recommend – such a great experience!
I Had a problem with my shoulder blade which was also causing pain in my neck. Most massages I've had never get the pressure right. This sports massage worked wonders and I could really feel such a difference. Shelly also gave me some advice and exercises to work on to help with strengthening the muscles!
