Wij waren hier zaterdagavond 14 september 2024. Het was slecht weer en we waren moe en koud. Er was nergens meer een restaurant waar we terecht konden dit was de laatste. En wat een geluk want we hebben heerlijk gegeten en het personeel was Super gastvrij!! Een volgende keer zoeken we niet maar gaan meteen doir naar The Boathouse. Fam van den Brink Nederland.
The young management team, having only recently taken over the property, are working hard to turn a failing business into a successful hotel operation, and all credit to them for their enthusiasm and efforts. Its a work in progress, but our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and dinner and breakfast were excellent. So if you need an overnight for an early ferry, or an inexpensive few days stay, give them a try.
