The only 5 star properties are their Show Homes. I even had a Story emplyee state...people expect Show Home standards but you don't get them. Leave a review stating the problems you're having and their cut and paste response is....sorry, this is not how we want our customers to feel.....Well wake up Story, this is how you leave many of your customers feeling. Having to wade in and deal with matters, at the eleventh hour, due to Story shirking their responsibilities towards my parents (buyers) with only 6 months of their warranty remaining. From the very start of my experience with story homes the communication was very poor. I reserved a plot and never got official confirmation of this. I then was told that after 6 weeks that as my mortgage hadn't been sorted due to complications that it was then going into an "open reservation" with no real explanation of what this meant. Then on the day I got my mortgage through I got notification from my solicitor that my reservation had been cancelled.
