Very goof that I have never seen before.
The room with a view was just a small squares worth of river, bottom right corner of window - otherwise the main view was a dirty building with loads of rubbish outside. Unlike other hotels who supply free WiFi throughout, The Bentley only provide it in the lobby. You will be charged $25 for just 'using' the fridge, so imagine the cost of anything taken and consumed from your room. (However, a toilet roll bag is available tor $30!). I spent two nights here recently. Everyone at the front desk was great, polite and helpful. Free internet in the lobby area was useful as my cellphone refused to "Roam". The bed was very comfortable and I wish I had more time to enjoy it.
The staff was very accommodating for our early checkin gave us a nicer room for the same price value was excellent compared to other hotels near by. There’s a problem with the heat but staff attended to our needs promptly to fix problem right away. We have one more night in the hotel I don’t expect any problems during check out would stay again. We were able to grab taxis and Uber with ease also did an Uber Eat to front desk.
