The icing to my cake during ezoo weekend. The staff were great and friendly and they have parking in the same building for a fair price. The room was clean and had an amazing view on the 20th floor♥, I would definitely come back.
Crooks. They double charged us for our room. Then told us we had to wait five to 7 business days to get money back. They over charged us for the upgrade and it took 40 minutes to make the two girls at the desk understand the simple math. When one of them finally caught on she said. "Oh my gosh you're right". Told us shed fix it. Then proceeded to charge us again. They Mille and dime u to death. Even the coffee is at minibar prices you would think for 200 a night coffee would be included!!
The hotel lobby is extremely small, even a holiday Inn looks better.. I wouldn't advice this hotel because they aren't very lenient with a guest who made an hobest mistake booking it the room on a wrong date.. They kept my money without giving me a room.. That's very unfortunate..
loved my stay at Bentley
It was very comfortable, walls are paper thin, could hear talking through the vents. Also the heat was very loud could hear it cutting on and off; need a quite system. Other than that very nice, staff was very helpful and polite.
