This hotel offers wifi but it doesn't work. Has a room service menu in the room but no room service. Housekeeping staff leave early and if you need any amenities after their hours you are SOL. There is coffee & tea in the room but they charge 3.50 for a cup. Rooms are poorly laid out, washrooms are cramped and decor is depressing and dated and there was wallpaper peeling off the walls. We stayed for 2 nights, the customer service was great, but the ROOM Way to small and HOT. THEY CHANGED THE AC UNIT AND 15 Minutes later it was HOT, we couldn’t sleep at all. And to make it better they just got us a fan, when the temperature in the room was 78 all the time.

Bathroom very small and awkward. Room very dark. Even though I asked every day & even left notes, housekeeping would not leave washcloths ( think it was a communication problem). I’d give it a 7.
The front desk person, “Johnathon” was wonderful to deal with...we had the best stay ever! Am looking forward to coming back here 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤗
Really I did not appreciate the service and the fake advertisement for the beds.I specially asked for a large bed for at least two people queen size.I came in the room and they gave us a tiny bad instead.We complained about the situation but they did not help us.Not happy about it.Would not recommand it To anyone.
