The location is poor. Views of garbage outside of your window, our room was extremely hot and it took 24 hours for the room to cool down. Paid way too much for a hotel located so far away from Times Square. The photos show that they have a pool and there is NO pool.
could not be haapier with this hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the room was perfect!

I booked this hotel a week in advance for 2 nights bc I had to go to Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital for a treatment. It's only 5 small blocks away from the Hospital. They upgraded our room to a mini suite with a side view of The East River. The suite was spacious, clean & comfortable. Their restaurant on the 21st closed in October, 2017, so you have to walk a long block to quite a few restaurants. The reception clerks are very nice & they had fresh apples &:apple cider every day. I expected a lot more than what the hotel had to offer. The rooms were clean but very small. The pictures on the website were incredible. Also, there was absolutely no hot water for showering in the morning! The staff was incredibly nice, but overall I wasn’t really impressed.
Ein gut aufgehübschtes Hotel in der Upper Eastside, direkt am East River. U-Bahn ist flott zu erreichen, Läden mit gutem Essen gibt's in der Nachbarschaft (The Bagle und das Anatolia z.B.). Zum Essen in die Nachbarschaft Gehen ist sowieso empfehlenswert, das Frühstück im Bentley verdient den Namen nicht. 18$ für ein 'All american Breakfast'? Extremely saddened with how this this hotel treats service members. We planned a trip to nyc to help take my grandchildren’s mind of the fact that their father is gone over the holidays and when he called to tell us he was coming home early my daughter called to cancel our reservation. This was a week out, and she was told she would be refunded the full price of the room. A week goes by and nothing.
