April 2019 review: I had to come change my review for the better after my recent stay! I was booked for a 5 night stay while a loved one had surgery. Due to unexpected complications, it turned into a 15 night stay. Every day, when I'd come back from 12+ hours at the hospital, I was greeted with, "Welcome back Ms. Hill!". Absolute hellhole of a hotel with some of the most incredibly rude, pretentious and condescending staff I've ever had the misfortune of coming across. You're better off just sleeping on the sidewalk somewhere close by because at least over there you won't have your credit card charged with completely outrageous falsified claims and penalties.
