la comodidad y el confort que uno se merece
My check in deposit has still not been refunded to me! After a whole month! And when I asked about it I was met with some very rude and abrupt emails! She needs sacking imo.
We stayed here approximately 2 weeks ago for one night, and were charged a fee and a deposit. The deposit still hasn’t been released even after the room fee has been taken, and the hotel is not replying to emails/messages. Probably need to brush up on service.
Great Customer Service and Comfortable and Spacious Rooms
The staff make the Bentley Hotel extra amazing. I stay here often while my mom is a patient at MSK. I appreciate the hospitality, the cleanliness and I feel rested every time.
Room was clean and nice and on a fairly high floor.
Thank you so much for your hospitality. Amazing and courteous staff all around!!!!
No service was bad. Look s like 2⭐️ Very disappointed
