Arrived early but was meet with a lovely welcome. The room was spotless and comfortable. Will definitely be back. Thank you.
This hotel is a gem in Redcar. It was an unplanned stay due to working late in Teeside and I needed to be back the next day so has to stay. Claire was able to accommodate me a very short notice and I thought it was too good to be true but it wasn't the hotel was fantastic and done to a very very high standard. The bed was lovely I had a great sleep,the bathroom was amazing. I would definitely like to come and stay just for pleasure rather than work In the future.
Beautiful room. Very well decorated with lots of nice touches. Extras all of a high quality. It is run by Claire whose passion for the hotel shines through. Would highly recommend. Definitely return.
Only found out after arrival that the rooms are not in a hotel but instead directly above a night club with music until 1.30am at the weekend. You had to walk through it to check in. When we went up to the room the noise was so loud that the bed was vibrating with the sound. 100% no chance of getting any sleep or even relaxing in the room in the evening. We decided to leave and attempt to sleep in the car, that’s how bad it was. I asked the owner for a refund (she was drinking in the night club) but was told we couldn’t have... read more
