Awful place. No care about the patients. All about stats. Discharging someone who has been struggling with mental health for years no support just dropped when needed support the most. This is after a new Dr seeing me once. Sort yourselves out. You're endangering lives. Robots! Just makes you wonder how many others have suffered due to your lack of care and how far it has caused people to go due to the pain.
As a service user for over 10 years, im telling you now they have gone to pol pot. They have such a high turnover of staff - there is no continuity of help. I would complain to the PALS service - or you will just told a load of cobblers. Really, they dont give a monkeys.
Waste of time. Keep being reffered between primary care who say they can’t help me and step two western ATS who also won’t help me!

I can not put into words how appalling bad everyone I have had the misfortune of coming into contact with at the bedale is! You should all be ashamed of yourselves. How you can go home and put your head on your pillow at night and sleep knowing you are failing the people under your care is beyond me. I appreciate heavy case loads, lack of staff but at no point should the patients in your care be the sacrifice for it! The whole trust needs a complete reform. It really is no wonder it’s going bust.
