Richard is not only a bed bug expert but he is also a kindness expert. He has gifted the Night Before Christmas charity with a large van which will enable us to help thousands of children across South West Scotland to have a magical Christmas. This is the third van that he has gifted us and they have made such a difference. Children should always believe in the magic of Christmas and Richard helps to make this happen year after year. My partner went to the doctors after a week away with a rash covering his back and the doctor told him it could be bed bugs! I went into complete panic mode couldn’t eat couldn’t sleep, bought a microscope and put every tiny fleck that I found under it. Actually drive myself insane with it. I finally rang and spoke to Richard. He was so calm , he listened to everything I told him ( through my tears 🙈) and told me there’s no way I had bed bugs. I can’t thank him enough
