Staff are lovely but not keen on the manicure. I have a few dodgy nails, but the gap left at the bottom of my nails when painted means 2 weeks later, there's twice the gap I'd expect, but maybe my expectations were too high? I did feel really relaxed here & would go back but ask them to cover the whole nail.

Always so professional and friendly! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Well trained and experienced staff who really know their stuff! Cute little salon and always make it so welcoming! X

I visited The Beauty Room today for intimate waxing. I was extremely nervous and anxious as I’ve had some bad experiences in the past. The beautician I had was honestly faultless. She made me feel so calm and at ease, I felt silly for even getting worked up at the start. I really cannot fault a thing! (I wish I’d got your name 😣) Will definitely be returning

I have visited the Salon many times for a massage with Harps. I feel totally relaxed and ready to face the world again after her full body massage. I'm looking forward to my next visit and will be trying CACI wrinkle comb which is amazing value for money, especially when they run their special offers.
