I visited Louise for a dermalogica facial. She is very experienced and knows all about her products and what’s best for your skin type. My skin was so dry and I left glowing! She’s kind and knowledgable and I’ve booked a course of facials so I will be back again soon! Her salon is a hidden gem, and much cheaper than the high street. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to the Beauty Retreat St Albans for years to get waxed and it is honestly the best waxing experience I have had! Louise is so friendly and due to her amazing skill set she makes the waxing almost painless! Her attention to detail is impeccable and I always leave a very happy customer! Highly recommend!

Louise was outstanding- what a friendly and professional salon service yet close to home. The quality of pedicure was amazing- it lasts for ages looking good. I will definitely be going again.
