It was ok, I was hoping to get my feet soaked as you usually do when having a pedicure, but I didn't here, it was more of a waterless pedi, it was nice but also slightly weird. The young lady did a good job painting my nails. The manicure was also ok, and she did a good job shaping and painting my nails. The staff were all pleasant but I thought it was expensive for what you got.
I had a facial; lovely staff, a wonderful way to spend half an hour.

Very disappointed. I went in to beauty box and booked a gel nail appointment. I had a voucher and paid the extra. On the day of the appointment I rang early in the morning apologising because I couldn't make the appointment due to my daughter having been taken ill and I had to care for her young children. I didn't hear anything so later that morning I rang and was told that I had missed my appointment and there was nothing they could do.
