Just back from a 45 min back neck shoulder and scalp massage! Jo was beautiful, from making me welcome and chatting before hand I felt I could open up to her from the off, room was comfortable and warm and Jo's expertise certainly helped relax me as I've been suffering with insomnia and anxiety...I will definitely be getting on the waiting lost for my next appointment!
