Came for afternoon tea. Staff member Angel was fantastic. He looked after my bags while we had tea and is an asset to the hotel. Best afternoon tea I've had and overall a wonderful experience
Plush furnishings and up to date yet traditional luxury interior. Very clean. The hotel staff are very professional.
It's amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do!! Years ago this unattractive building was a Ford Dealership. It then became a base for Avis Rent a Car and I'm sure various other nonsense along the way. Now it's a hotel and an absolutely superb one, being very exclusive, very stylish and very different with a unique ambience, with excellent restaurants, bars and rooms, it's a great place to stay. I cannot fault it.
