The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from Harrods, making it ideal for anyone wanting to be close to the best shopping and attractions in London. We stayed in a Junior Suite, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were a highlight—shoutout to Natalia and Anton for being so welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts are a disaster – you have the option of either eating in your tiny room on the bed or in the lounge downstairs - We were shocked!! The bed was tiny for 2 people and very uncomfortable. The room when we walked in was FREEZING cold. (in October). They gave us a small heater!! The bathrooms have no extractor fan or windows, also icy cold. The taps or faucets hardly working. We stayed at the Beaufort for one night. It was seriously lacking in basic amenities including drinkable tap water. The rooms were outdated. The staff were very nice and the location was convenient
