Hotel is unique with a lovely breakfast and welcoming staff members. The rooms are quite small and they get quite hot. There is not much to do in this location however is in the centre of Wantage.
Clean comfortable room, friendly service, good full English breakfast overlooking king Alfred's statue.
Food is very good but the bedrooms are crabby in need of refurbishment. We booked for 2 nights but couldn't stop there another night
