Just stayed here for the weekend, staff friendly and helpful, the veiw from our room was amazing, hotel rooms needs a complete update walls were a mess sellotape marks on them, crack in the sink, the shower was either freezing or boiling and no slip mat, got out and the floor was flooded! We paid quite a lot to stay here and wasn’t what we expected, breakfast was ok, quite cold by the time you’d got your toast after waiting 10 mins for the toaster! Won’t be rushing back!
Lovely hotel breakfast wasn't up to standard dont cater for old people showers unsafe no grab rails but all in all nice hotel friendly staff
Just returned from our weekend trip and would like to thank the staff at the Baytree for their freindlyness and helpfulness .Compliments to the chef for the excellent food .Our only dissapointment was the very small twin room which requires a little tlc especially the en suite .However ,woukd definately stay again.
