Never had an issue here , I moved from a nail salon in Canterbury to this one in herne bay after being recommend here by a friend, I’ve been coming here for 2 years and I would highly reccomend to anyone

AWFUL SERVICE. Paid for my partner to have her nails done, she came back with atrocious looking nails. Chipped, dented, not even and just overall not professional at all! They were filed down THREE times to them be told the reason they didn’t look great was because her nails were too short. Nothing was told to us before the nails were started on. Turned me away at 5.45 despite stating they’re open till 6.30. They were also very rude and dismissive toward me when I walked in, very bad customer service/manners

Had a Tennis themed Gel nails done ahead of going to Centre Court at Wimbledon. Really impressed with the skill behind the art work done for me. Staff friendly and warm. Stopped lots at Wimbledon by people wanting to compliment my nails xx

Super friendly staff and the nails last....no chips or breakages etc. Highly recommend!
