2nd visit to Izzy at The Basement. Absolutely love my hair again! My hair felt and looked amazing afterwards, so shiny and healthy looking and the cut and colour was exactly what I asked for. Izzy is so welcoming and it's a lovely little home salon. I've already booked my next appointment in 🙌. Thanks Izzy xx

Absolutely love my hair! Izzy was so great 😃 after 2 years of going to other salons and not being happy I’m so happy I stumbled across the basement on Facebook! Izzy was super nice and also extremely understanding when my busy schedule got in the way. She understood exactly what I wanted and helped me decide on a few things too. She’s a very knowledgeable hairdresser and it really shows she took her time and effort ensure it was perfect 😍 I’ll deffo be back soon. Thank you girl 🫶🏼

Went for a cut and blow dry izzy was so friendly and took her time to ensure a great haircut. Very pleased with the end result and will definitely be going back .

*EDIT to respond to owner, totally untrue, I never asked for my hair to be orange! And it was never discussed that it would not take to my hair. The owner states that such a "dark colour" would never take to my hair, but the highlights shown are much lighter than my natural hair colour, so this is simply not true. If you look at the pictures... Who would want their hair like this, never mind be happy with it? I had the best experience at this salon! I found Izzy’s page on instagram and went to her to try a new style. I was a bit nervous changing my hair but Izzy was very professional and knowledgable throughout. The results were amazing, better than I imagined! Amazing results and the cutest salon! Will 100% be going back x
