I can not recommend the training Phia provides highly enough. I’ve struggled with pain in my left knee for a while and Phia tailored my training around it. Her knowledge of training techniques is second to none. I really enjoy her sessions and learning the correct postures and body shape when lifting weights.

I hated gyms before I started going to the Basement. Now, the small groups I join three times a week are the most important part of my week. Phia knowledge and style of coaching is great. Completely changed the way I train and the way I think about my body.

Phia may be a lovely person. I have not had a chance to get to know her closely but her customer relations need a huge upgrade. It seems like she has enough clients so is not bothered to respond to enquiries. If someone does not show a potential client a jot of respect, I am pretty sure that this dangerous approach has already started undermining the current structure. Thank you Phia for saving me from spending a fortune.

Needed additional support due to surgery. Starting working with Phia. I have now managed to regain full mobility of my left side, which was limited. I’m now a regular client as I love how much better I feel and how much fitter I am. I didn’t think I could accomplish what I have. Thank you Phia!
