Stayed her with my daughter and her bridesmaids the night before her wedding. What a fab place. Very clean and all very well equipped. We arrived to find about 10 deer grazing just outside the beautiful picture window and red kite flying above. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

A very well appointed cottage, great location, quiet, peaceful and welcoming. Great care and thought has been put into the facilities and equipment provided. We used it as a base for visits to Beamish Living Museum of the North, four half day visits in one week all on one discounted ticket. The views are wonderful, there are walks aplenty from the front door and the Stunts could not do more to make us feel relaxed. Our only regret is that we had to leave after a week!
