John and Gill are the most charming of hosts and the cottage a perfect home away from home. Everything you might want is provided (John even brought round some delicious, still warm, bread courtesy of Gill). The location is excellent for foodies and shoppers alike and beautiful walks are right on your doorstep. Having spent time there while having repair work at home we were actually quite sad to leave! Thanks John and Gill!
Great little bolthole to explore Old Amersham. The Annex is spotlessly clean, all requirements well catered for and the welcome is top notch. I've been visiting family over the last 3 months and I've stayed in most of the local accommodation options and I would rate this the best by a mile especially for how clean and tidy John and Gill keep it. Nothing was ever too much trouble and John offered help at every turn. Hope to return
My best memories & comfort with this lovely little wing...I am thankful to John & Jill, the best host I ever met...They helped me whenever I need anything... the surroundings are beautiful...A old church and war memorial is near by...Also many pubs & bus stop is just few meters away..

John and Gill are absolutely wonderful hosts! Extremely nice and friendly, and always eager to help you with anything you might need! Best experience, so I would recommend to anyone!!! Their annexe is a nice place with a big and comfortable bed, and a very nice bathroom with an excellent shower, big, glass doors, great water pressure! I felt really welcome and good there! Stable and fast wifi connection as well! Thank you very much for everything, John and Gill! See you next time!
