The team at the balloon shop in Kempston did us a massive massive favour today and I can’t sing their praises highly enough. At last minute they managed to save us about 75% on a small balloon Order for a birthday party Such friendly staff and I will say that this isn’t the first time we’ve used the balloon shop. They have always looked after us and thoroughly recommend them for any balloon based celebration you need

I don’t usually like to leave bad reviews but I am really disappointed with the service that I received. I ordered 2 balloons for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and collected them on 1st January. As soon as I got home I realised one of the balloons was not filled with enough helium. I contacted the owner immediately and as she did not have another of the same kind of balloon she offered a refund. Came in to get a 40 balloon for my husbands birthday. Super helpful staff, great choice and good price! Will be back for the Elsa balloon for my daughter!
