Unreal service! Big up to Saul who sorted me out with my amp and TT issues. Had a problem with my Rega amp which got damaged in post- they diagnosed and fixed quickly for free! And my Rega TT, which had wiring issues in the tonearm, was sent to Rega who fixed under warranty. Highly recommend this shop. A++

I needed some help and advice on a turntable, amp and speakers, after deciding to dust off my old vinyl. I called the shop late afternoon on Friday and they managed to fit me in for a demo on Saturday afternoon. Clive was great to deal with, patiently changing set ups for me to ensure I got what worked for me. A pleasure to deal with. Edit: I had some speaker stands outstanding from my order, they were delayed from the supplier.
